Dance sessions typically range from 60-75 minutes long.
Breathing Meditation/visualization followed by an aerobic/anaerobic warmup, where students will do stretches and other cardio related exercises to get the juices flowing, and increase flexibility in the body. Cardio is great for enhancing dance skills.
The Routines Students will follow and learn repetitive and simple moves that will need them to use their whole body. Students will focus on improving rhythm and master basic dance moves, to successfully do the routine. A few classes may focus on freestyle dancing and movement, as a way of encouraging students to come as they are and feel, and dance to express/tell a story or experience.
